Your account and team

Team roles, profile and password, two-factor authentication, email preferences and deleting your account.

Invite your team

Owners and admins invite people by email from the Team page and give each person a role. Everyone in a team shares the same projects, reports and tracked sites.

  • Viewer: reads reports, but cannot run anything that uses analyses.
  • Member: runs analyses and manages their own projects.
  • Admin: manages projects, people and invitations.
  • Owner: everything, including billing. There is one owner per team.

Profile and password

Change your name or email address in Settings, under Account; a new email address is confirmed with a code. To change your password, go to Settings, then Password, and we email you a reset link; this means a stolen session cannot be used to lock you out. If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.

Two-factor authentication and sessions

Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings to ask for a code from an authenticator app when you sign in. Keep the recovery codes you are shown: each one signs you in once if you lose your phone. Settings also lists every device signed in to your account, and you can sign any of them out.

Email preferences

Rank alerts and scheduled reports can be switched off in Settings. Account and billing email, such as password resets, verification codes and payment receipts, is still sent because it is needed to run your account.

Download your data or delete your account

Settings can download one file with your account, projects, saved reports, usage history and invoices. You can also schedule the account for deletion there: it is erased after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel. Paid invoices are kept, as tax law requires.
